Dear Philippe,Thank you so much for the perfect stay in Chateau de Montastruc. It has been a dream of mine to stay in a chateau in France, but to have have Marie as well made it extraordinary! I just emailed Marie and asked for the recipe for her sorbet framboise gateau. Have you enjoyed her duck pie? It is delicious!!We loved your property and its history. It was amazing to look at the artifacts in the chateau. We had only one bat and one snake, which I think is good. Fortunately I didn’t spot either one. We communed with the frog that is certain to make himself heard. We patted Carolina and gave her our best wishes. The basement is fascinating! To be honest, we were hoping to see a ghost, but alas — no luck. Has your family seen any ghosts in the chateau? We had a wonderful, dreamy stay. Thank you for your generosity, hospitality, and for sharing such beauty with us.My new dream — to return to Chateau de Montastruc. Fingers crossed.Thank you again and best wishes to you and your family.

We have enjoyed our stay in such beautiful surroundings.
The noisy frogs have been our companions !
The celebratory 40th birthday meal provided by Annie was a great success.
We were fascinated by the tour of the kitchens and feel privileged to have stayed in a house so steeped in history

Dear Philippe and Family,
from our family to your family, we would like to thank you for allowing us the use of your beautiful home.
The memories made and shared around the dining room table will linger with us for many years to come.
From the comfortable beds to the warmth by the fire, spending time in the kitchen preparing breakfast made our stay an unforgettable one.
The amazing aromatic food cooked for us by Annie was delivered with such passion, warmth and friendliness…
Sad but happy to go home, as your home felt like our home – all compliments to yourself and your family with how you transformed this chateau into a real home.
As we leave France to our separate continents and islands, we thank you, thank you and thank you.
